Meet Donna

Donna initially became a member of Integrity in 2006, at that time she was feeling unhealthy and wanted to do something for herself.  At Integrity, she learned and applied the important components necessary to make her feel better, and to be healthier. Following Integrity’s EZCoach System made her realize the true importance of her health, not just to herself, but to her family.

This realization led her to end her 20 plus year career in cosmetology and follow her new passion; to help other women live their lives to the fullest.  She became a Health Coach at Integrity in September of 2008.  Through Health Coaching, Donna educates her clients on proper exercise and nutrition and empowers those women to make positive behavioral and lifestyle changes.  Donna is known for her nurturing qualities, she sincerely listens, guides and cares for all her clients and their successes.

Donna resides in Londonderry, New Hampshire with her husband Keith.  She has 2 daughters and 2 granddaughters and 1 grandson.  Family is the most important in Donna’s life and she is blessed to have a very happy and healthy one.  She believes all women deserve to acquire the knowledge she has obtained and to help them make informed health choices for themselves and for their family.
