Stuck in a Funk?
Despite being a professional speaker (back-to-basics blend of positivity and humor) and a guy who does his best to share kindness and good energy...
I have my bad days, down days and frustrating days when I get feel stuck in a funk.
I believe everyone does.
What we choose to do on those days determines how quickly we can get back on track and be productive again.
What is my favorite way?
Getting out of my house, my office and my own negative head-space.
I've found that connecting in a *real* way with *real* people is a big help.
Talking, joking, laughing, committing even the smallest acts of kindness...these things help me a great deal.
Actually making the effort to get moving is a great start.
There are people who will say "But I don;t have any money, I can't do any acts of kindness!"
Sadly, they are missing out on the fact that many acts of kindness cost nothing to commit, other than the willingness to share
yourself, your time, your thoughts or your words with someone in need.
