Here is what you will need!
Easy Peasy Meatballs!
1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 cup quick oats - use gluten free if you have food allergies
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 small onion, finely chopped (1/4 cup)
1 egg
1 tablespoon parsley
Here is what you need to do!
Heat oven to 400°F. Line 13x9-inch pan with parchment paper; spray with cooking spray.
In large bowl, mix all ingredients. (except parsley)
Shape mixture into 20 to 24 (1 1/2-inch) meatballs. Place 1 inch apart in pan.
Sprinkle your parsley on top.
Bake uncovered 18 to 22 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
We made meatball subs with them! DELISH! You could just throw some on top of a salad or some brown rice with broccoli! Either way they are yummy!
