Never too late
This is a picture of one of our EZCOACH clients, MaryElizabeth Coleman.
Mary Elizabeth is a 68 year old young lady with 3 children, 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
She has had a stroke and a heart attack but never let this stop her.
She's worked very hard to regain her health and is feeling better than ever!
This energetic and extremely motivated lady has decided to set a huge goal for herself.
Next year she would like to participate in a half marathon.
To accomplish this goal, she has purchased coaching sessions for guidance.
On October 13th, she participated in her first ever 5k at Berlin's Riverfire.
She did a great job! She completed this in 51:57 minutes, placing her 12th out of 19 in her age bracket (60-69).
GREAT JOB MaryElizabeth!!! Gorham coach, Lisa was there to cheer her on and waited at the finish line to congratulate her on this great accomplishment!
Goes to show that it's never too late to set a goal for yourself!!
