I recently read an article from Sean Whalen, he said, "I’d much rather be hurt with the truth than left wondering and questioning with ambiguity and deceit."
If you want to manifest great relationships in your life (not just with your spouse, but with anyone in your life!) Then sometimes difficult conversations must be had.
Difficult and truthful conversations are what build the foundation. Those types of conversations build trust and integrity.
Life isn't always about unicorns, glitter and rainbows. Sometimes it's crap and more crap. This doesn't mean to be cruel to your person... It just means to be responsible, truthful and OWN your crap.
The truth always wins.
