Hello Everyone,

I want to rave about Integrity but where do I start? I will start with Dodie who would email me and set up an easy time to come in and see the facility. Then I will talk about Coach Laurie who has taught me so much in the short 5 months, 25 lbs weight loss. I have lost weight in the past but no one has ever talked to me about what you should eat to lose weight, crazy I know. The girls at the club are awesome and so motivational that I can't forget them. It is really a great place to hang out, laugh, and lose weight.
