It may feel like this Today is stacked against you, like it's conspiring to make it a hell of a day.

Try to remember to take a moment, breath in, breath out and smile.

They all are a test and a teacher.

They are part of the gift of a new Today.

And they all will cease to be an issue for you.

They will pass. So breath, smile and be patient.
