These savory energy bites are the performance fuel you need to power through your workouts.
Servings: Makes 24 Bites
INGREDIENTS
2 cups Sprouted Brown Rice, Organic
2 cups divided Pumpkin Seeds, Raw Organic
½ cup Sesame Seeds, Organic
½ cup pumpkin puree
½ cup tahini paste
3 tablespoons Nutritional Yeast Flakes
2½ teaspoons miso paste

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350F.
Place one cup of pumpkin seeds in the food processor. Process until fully ground and a flour forms.
Place remaining ingredients in the processor until well combined.
Once combined, using a tablespoon or mini ice cream scooper, place them on a prepared baking sheet. Flatten them out with a fork and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Bake for 30 minutes. Can store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to two weeks.
