My name is Whitney Merrill, I'm a member of the North Conway Integrity which I abso-freakin-lutely LOVE!

I joined as an EZCOACH member the beginning of November 2015.

I am just starting my 4th EZCOACH program and have nothing but PRAISE to you all!!

I've lost 28 lbs of fat, gained 11 lbs of muscle, and lost 15 lbs of total weight!!!

Did I mention I'm an incredibly busy mom of 3?! 

I can not even begin to explain how grateful I am to all the AMAZING coaches and kick ass members of NC  Integrity, working out is the highlight of my day and such a stress reliever!!
