INGREDIENTS
1/8 whole avocado peeled and mashed
2 pieces roast beef
4 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese, part-skim
1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded
1/4 cup tomato chopped
2 tablespoons alfalfa sprouts
1 tablespoon red onion,chopped
1/2 cup baby carrot
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Lay tortilla out flat and spread avocado on the inside.
2. Layer meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato, sprouts and onion in the middle.
3. Fold bottom half of tortilla over the filling. Fold the sides to the middle and roll forward to secure the wrap. Serve with carrots.
