Laurie became a Certified Personal Trainer back in 2010 through ISSA. Her certifications also include BOSU, Flexibility for Performance, EZ Coach Fitness Prescriptions, CPR and First aid.

Laurie also plays a vital role in the Social Media for Integrity.

Having overcome her own health crisis back in 2008, she is now a strong advocate in health and nutrition. Laurie continues her education so she can pass on her knowledge and provide the women she coaches with the power to control their own health’s destiny.

Her professional interests focus on weight loss, core strengthening, stretching, nutrition, and a positive mind and body connection.

Laurie was recognized on bodybuilding.com's website and won a contest for “Fit Over Forty” Transformations.

She is a mother of three boys, is happily married and resides in Manchester NH with her husband and 2 dogs. She is here to inspire you and assist you on your journey to optimal health through our online community.
