The Member Is Assessed Utilizing Our RAMP iPad Application

Often, when individuals join a fitness center, they receive an orientation to familiarize themselves with the facility. However, after this initial orientation (or two), if the new member cannot afford a personal trainer or health coach, they are left without a viable alternative and expected to navigate their fitness journey alone.

This lack of guidance is a significant factor contributing to frustration and dropout rates among members. Prior to the introduction of the RAMP Fitness Prescription System, there was no intermediate option between personal training and a basic membership to keep members engaged and prevent attrition. RAMP fills this gap by providing a structured and personalized fitness prescription that empowers individuals to achieve their goals effectively and sustainably.

With RAMP the orientation time is allocated to perform a simple fitness test, once this test is complete (in about 45 minutes or less), then a customized 8-week fitness program is created exclusively for the member.
