Our Vision

Integrity Health Coaching Centers is a company that takes its vision seriously. Rocco Boulay, exercise physiologist and founder, has dedicated his life to health and to achieving the seemingly impossible: making the world a healthier place. Fitness and health are Rocco’s main passions.

After leaving the world of competitive weightlifting, Rocco could have taken the glamorous route as a “professional strength and conditioning coach”; instead, he heard another, more personal calling. The growing epidemic of obesity, diabetes, and the worsening of health conditions among American women prompted him to ask: “why are so many women struggling with their health?” The answers to this question became the basis of the vision for Integrity Health Coaching Centers. To create:

• A place where even the most de-conditioned woman feels safe and supported.

Rocco understands a healthy and fit person will inspire their friends and family to follow suit—part of his vision is, in fact, this trickle-down effect. The mission of Integrity Health Coaching Centers isn’t just to build the most successful chain of health coaching centers in the country; first and foremost, Rocco is determined to help solve the health crisis, through the world’s greatest resource, women.
