Jess Avelar Rocks Her Body at Miss NH
Jessica Avelar show off her hard work and fabulous body on stage at the Miss NH pageant over the weekend. Jess wrote; "Huge thank you to Rocco Boulay, Donna and Jill from Integrity Health Coaching for Women, an incredible Miss NH Sponsor, for helping get in the best shape of my life! You helped me prepare mentally and physically and thanks to you I felt true confidence in myself when I walked out onstage! Love you guys!! Also, thank you to my workout partners Tina Avelar Michele Bissonnette Hanson and Denise Cloutier! — with Jillian Elise and Rocco Boulay.
