¼ cup water
2 tablespoons avocado cooking oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
This egg-free, vegan alternative to ordinary mayonnaise uses an avocado and our premium Avocado Oil to create a smooth and creamy texture just like mayo.
This combination of avocado, lemon juice, mustard and more just might have you rethinking your usual choice of mayo.
- In a food processor, combine avocado, water, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and black pepper.
- Slowly drizzle in the avocado oil until vegan mayo has formed.
