If you have stomach issues this is a great smoothie to get things “moving” in your digestive system.
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
1 small frozen banana
2 cups organic kale
1 tablespoon green phytofoods (Ask Your Health Coach)
2 tablespoons ground chia
1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 Scoop protein powder
1 cup ice
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
