Fabulous At Fifty | Melanie

The spirit of adventure is in all of us.  Getting older doesn't mean becoming less but discovering more about who we are really are and what we are capable of doing.  Melanie Lampron, Integrity member and mother of two has chosen to enter her first figure competition at the age of fifty.  She says, "Following the EZ Coach program and meal plan is what I am doing, Faithfully."

She began her quest for achieving her goal on August third and in the photo's above she is bearing all showing what changes she has experiences in less than four weeks.  She will be turning fifty in October of this year and competing a week later.  We will post more pics in the coming weeks to show you her progress.
