Motivational Firewood™: I see so many people doing ‘just enough’ to keep their customers from going elsewhere.
WHAT?!? In my opinion, it does not cost much extra (if anything at all) to do something which really sets you apart, with an uptick in the coolness factor!
What little action, or phrase, or connection, can YOU make this week to make a customer smile?
