Here's a way you can. Been doing it myself for more than 5 years...takes a minute, and makes a big difference.
Gratitude Journal Success!
One of the things I am most grateful for is learning to be aware of what I am grateful for each day. That came from Jack Canfield in his book "The Success Principles".
By acknowledging gratitudes, my eyes and heart stay open to all the good things I have in my life. It can be so easy to get bogged down in negativity and lack (especially if we listen to other people complaining every day on social media).
Here's where I begin: "What were the greatest 'moments' of my day? What made me laugh? Who made my day better? How did I help someone else?
Being aware of these moments and capturing them is key. That way we don't get to the end of the year and wonder if we had a good one...remember those New Years Resolutions?
