Jillian Dollard

After completing her bachelor’s degree in hospitality management and working for several years in the hotel industry, Jillian wanted to do something more challenging and fulfilling than her current work.  Passionate about exercise and nutrition Jillian enjoys sharing her knowledge to help others, when she came to Integrity it changed her life and gave her a real sense of purpose.

Operations Director is a natural fit for her expert detailing and organizational abilities.  She is known for writing operational procedures and manuals and implementing effective management systems guiding Integrity to continued growth and success.

She enjoys incorporating her hospitality skills to continuously enhance the client experience, something she believes some fitness businesses fail to recognize the importance of in today’s especially competitive market. 

Jillian is an integral part of the team aiding in the creation and implementation of systems allowing Integrity Health Coaching Solutions to become a global leader in health Coaching and Fitness Prescription.

Jillian has been actively engaged in the fitness industry for over 10 years.  She is an AFAA certified Personal Trainer and EZCoach Certified.
