Health Coach Jess in North Conway!
Jess joined the Integrity Fitness team when their North Conway location opened in September of 2015. Jess is a certified EZCoach and is also certified in “Essential Oils - Beyond Aromatherapy” as well as “Digestive Health- From Ingestion to Absorption.” She is currently working on achieving more certificates.
When she isn’t at Integrity, Jess spends her time with her family and traveling. She is the proud wife of a law enforcement officer, Rich, and mom to the amazing Alexis and Landon! Having moved back to the valley from Wyoming, in 2001, she’s made Conway her home.
Throughout the year, you will often find the Theberge family kayaking, fishing, hiking and exploring with their two dogs, Rosebud and Sugar.
