EZCOACH LEVELS OF SUCCESS

 Take the Challenge!

Taking the EZCOACH Challenge is a great way to get into and stay in shape.  It provides the motivation and direction to keep you focused on your goals while helping a worthy cause. Once you attain Level Three you benefit from our Bonus Levels and all of our sponsors who will provide you with many products and services for being a healthy asset to our communities. The higher your level the greater the bonus!

Level One – Committed-Red

Challenge- Must workout a minimum of 3 days per week for a month and complete every action / exercise listed on their EZCOACH workout.

Level Two – Focused- Orange

Challenge-Must complete the last 30-days of 1^st workout card consecutively and complete a second 8-week program. Challenger must demonstrate to a coach or member how to execute 3 exercises and breathing technique at the end of Program 2 to get to level 3.

Level Three – Accomplished – Green

Challenge-Must have completed 3 EZCOACH programs, be able to demonstrate to a coach or member 6 exercises, and their major muscle groups.  Also must give 2 healthy examples of Proteins, Fats and Carbohydrates. First Bonus Level.

Level Four – Empowered –Silver

Challenge-Must have completed 4 EZCOACH programs, be able to demonstrate to a coach or member 5 free weight or functional exercises, and their major muscle groups.  Also must explain how many Calories they eat per day and why.  Second Bonus Level

Level Five - Mentor – Gold

Challenge-Must have completed 5 EZCOACH programs with a minimum of one split routine.  Must demonstrate 5 free weight, 5 functional and 3 cardio exercises to a coach or member.  Must be able to explain why a recovery drink is vital within 30 minutes following a workout. Third Bonus Level.

Level Six – Master – Black

At this level a participant has been consistent for a minimum of 14 months.  Can perform all the former actions to any member regarding all other levels and can under the guidance of a coach safely instruct a member on following an EZCOACH program. Fourth Bonus Level.
